We Think Dumpster Rental Should Be Easy

You said you’d take the debris from your roof repairs a little at a time so you wouldn’t have to wait on a dumpster. Between work and unexpectedly speedy contracting crew, you’ve got a yard full of waste.

You need all of this cleared out now and taking multiple trips is not going to happen. Bin There Dump That will have a residential Fernandina Beach dumpster rental at your doorsteps within 24 hours.

Yes, 24 hours.

We are just as tired of other residential dumpster rental companies as you are. It is ridiculous to have to make all these appointments just to clear out your yard. Partnering with Bin There Dump That takes the “dum” out of dumpster rental services. All you have to do is fill it with your crap. We take care of everything else.

Worried about damage to your driveway? Us too. It’s why we lay down boards to protect from any scuffs. Dumpster Maids? Dumpsters are like messy frat boys. You fill up their cup and they spill it all over the place. No thanks. This is why Bin There Dump That always sweeps for any debris around the dumpster before hauling it off.

We’re the experts, we’ll take care of you.

How many tons can a dumpster hold?

It’s all going to depend on what you’re throwing away. Heavy furniture and other items might take up less room than remodeling debris but can still weigh more.

It’s always better to play it safe than sorry when it comes to residential dumpster rentals because overfilling one makes it hard for our guys to haul it away.

Not sure what size you’ll need? Check out the dimensions of each of our dumpsters here.

How much can a 20-yard dumpster hold?

Our biggest dumpster is 11’ long, 8’ wide, and 6’ high. As we said, the weight limit depends on the material, but on average a dumpster like this can hold about 3 tons.

To give you an image of what 3 tons looks like

  • Baby blue whales are born weighing about 3 tons and...
  • Their parents’ tongues weight about the same
  • 3 tons is just over the average weight of an adult rhino or giraffe
  • It’s about 4 times more than a cow weighs.

So yeah, a 20-yard dumpster can hold the waste from your last remodel and spring cleaning.

Hold up, how much is a Fernandina Beach dumpster rental?

All you have to do is call or email us today and you can have a dumpster at your feet within 24 hours.

Anytime you rent from Bin There Dump That, regardless of size and pricing it comes with:

  • 7-day rental
  • Delivery AND pickup
  • An allowance for any landfill drop-off fees
  • We sweep around the dumpster for any loose debris

Find Out If You Need a Dumpster Permit

Typically, our customers rent our minvan size dumpster and park it in their driveway for ease of access. It's also a smart location because a permit is usually not necessary from your city government or Homeowners Association (HOA). If it isn't possible to use a private drive to park your roll-off, you might have the option to put it on the curb, but you should contact your local public works or sanitation department first. The type of permission you need will depend on a number of factors, including the town you reside in and the street you live.

You can also expect to follow several safety rules to have a permit granted. It's common for our customers to need caution tape and orange traffic cones around the perimeter of our dumpsters if parked on the road. This increases visibility to local drivers and pedestrians passing by.

Why We Love Delivering Residential Friendly Dumpsters Throughout Fernandina Beach

Who hasn’t called Fernandina Beach home at some point? France, Britain, even Mexico staked their flag into Fernandina’s sandy soils throughout history. Today Fernandina’s moderate living costs both to own and rent in the area make it a great spot for first-time homebuyers.

Its seclusion from the rest of the state is thanks to famed Amelia Island. Consistently voted one of the best islands in the U.S. and part of the East Coast Greenway, a collection of trails connecting Maine to Florida.

Just because the Greenway connects us to Maine doesn’t mean your residential dumpster rental service can’t be local. We won’t forward you to our call center in some exotic land. Kevin and Jessica Stearns opened the local chapter of Bin There Dump That because of their past experiences renovating homes. They know how important it is to have professionals nearby in case of an emergency or simply for great customer service.

Call now and start working with a local family-owned residential dumpster rental service today!

Fernandina Beach is a city in Nassau County, Florida. Prior to the arrival of Europeans on what is now Amelia Island, Native Americans occupied the site of the original town of Fernandina. The 1988 fantasy film The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking was filmed in Fernandina Beach and at soundstages in Jacksonville. The house that stood in for Villa Villekulla, Pippi's home, is known locally as Captain Bell's House and is on Estrada Street in the Old Town area directly across from the Fernandina Plaza (parade ground for the Spanish fort) and overlooking the Amelia River. The Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival occurs annually over the first weekend in May. Events and activities of the festival include vendors with seafood, arts, crafts, collectibles and antiques, live music, the Miss Shrimp Festival pageant, a firework display and a parade.
